THE WORST!! experience! I now have lost my car, my job, & my license is suspended because of them!! they tried to charge me $200 more on my bill because of “unsigned documents” and when I called & told them I had signed those documents months prior they made me send them proof of such & then was “in the process of lowering it back to normal” ISIAH literally told me to hold off on the payment in that same phone call (on SEP 6, my bill was due SEP 25) claiming “we have time & it’ll be significantly lower” I called MULTIPLE times in those couple weeks leaving multiple voicemails asking what was going on and only once did BADR answer and say he has to “check on it & will call me back in 15 minutes” just to never call me back!! I called five different times on the 25th when it was due and left yet another voicemail just to be ignored. not once did anyone say to make a partial payment or anything. next thing you know five days later I’m getting pulled over & the cops tow my car because my registration was canceled due to lack of insurance. State Farm did absolutely nothing to actually help me get my car back even though they claimed they would “look into helping me financially outside of the scope of what a car insurance would do” since my car was racking up daily charges being impounded. they took their time getting a letter I needed to send to the DMV to prove it was only a five day lapse and then when they did finally get that letter is wasn’t even the right letter I needed! & their response was it’ll take another 7-10 business days to get a new one. (they never sent a new one!!) so I lost my car and was fined so badly, not only would it have been over $1k just to get the car out, but I now have to pay $950 in fines & my license is suspended for three months. I’m STILL calling them trying to talk to CHRIS & even he is ignoring and dodging my phone calls!! these people are absolutely horrible and heartless and this has by far been the worst experience. they do not care!!
